The service provides a public leaderboard of founders' monthly expenses. Submitted data may be displayed publicly (e.g., handle and costs breakdown). The service also includes an advertising system with monthly/yearly payments to get featured.

Advertising Auction System

• Users can place bids on available advertising spots displayed on the website and feature their startup, product, or service.
• Bids are public and will display your handle (@username) and bid amount publicly on the website.
• To place a bid, you must be authenticated via X/Twitter.
• Each bid must be higher than the current highest bid.
• Bids are binding commitments. Once placed, a bid cannot be cancelled or modified by the user.
• Some advertising spots may be marked as "Reserved" and are not available for bidding.
• We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any bid at our discretion, including for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity.
• The winning bidder will be determined based on the highest bid at the time of selection, subject to our final approval.
• We are not obligated to accept any bid, even if it is the highest bid.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.
• We may restrict or remove content that violates these terms.

Content & License

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting data, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and operate the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
